MUSIC ON CD!

Naughty

Release Date:2001

From the lusty, lascivious "Little Oyster Girl" to the passionate heat of "Gently Johnny," this albumn is definitely NOT for the kids! Mr. Merlinson's "Bawdy Beautiful" (1989) is revisited in its entirety. Sources include 'bookes of ayres' by 17th century English lutenist-songwriters (including several by Dr. Campion) and "Wit and Mirth - Pills to Purge Melancholy" a collection of lewd and licentious songs published in London by Mr. D'Urfey in the 1760's. Guest musicians include Minnesota friends David Rockne Stenshoel (violin) and Alan Gray (glass lampshade). This albumn contains all of the naughtiest selections from three albums Craig recorded in the 1980's and '90's. None of the twenty-three cuts has heretofore been offered on compact disk.
